The Power to Play: From Trash to Treasure

In 2009 The Museum of Tolerance received 140 handmade toys from ChildFund International. Each toy was created by a resourceful youngster who used found, and in some cases trashed, materials.

I created a branded look for the collection of toys based on some of the most popular pieces in the collection. Then, along with the team at MOT we catalogued, curated and created educational exercises for museum audiences and school groups.

Hand illustrated wall adhesives and creative displays were created to compliment and highlight the whimsical style of the toys.
